This Privacy Policy describes how Engago, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Engago”, “we,” “our” or “us”) collect, use, and share personal information in connection with thewww.engago.com and any other websites and mobile applications that display this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Sites,” and any, a “Site”).

Information Collected

Information You Provide to Us . When using the Site, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) about yourself. Personal Information that we obtain typically includes your name, occupation, email address, and phone number.

Information Your Company Provides to Us . Our clients may provide us with Personal Information about individuals – typically their employees or contractors – who are authorized to use the Sites under their agreement with us. This information typically includes name, occupation, email address, and phone number.

Information We Automatically Collect. We, our service providers, and business partners, may also collect information about the use of our Sites by automated means, including via cookies, web beacons, and other technologies This information may include information about the devices used to access our Sites (such as IP address and browser and operating system type), dates and times of visits to, and use of our Sites, information about how our Sites are used (such as pages viewed, date and time of access, information about how users navigate on or between our webpages, or the features of our mobile applications that are used and how users navigate between screens on our mobile applications), the URLs that refer visitors to our Sites, and the search terms used to reach our Sites.

Advertising

Some of the business partners that may collect information about your activities on our Sites may be members of organizations or programs that provide choices to individuals regarding the use of their browsing behavior for purposes of targeted advertising. For example, you may opt out of receiving targeted advertising through members of the Network Advertising Initiative by clicking here or the Digital Advertising Alliance by clicking here. European users may opt out of receiving targeted advertising through members of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance by clicking here, selecting your country, and then clicking “Choices” (or similarly-titled link). Please note that we may also work with companies that offer their own opt-out mechanisms and may not participate in the opt-out mechanisms that we linked to above.

Marketing Emails and Service Announcements

Individuals may unsubscribe from receiving marketing or other commercial emails from us by following the instructions included in the email. However, even if an individual opts out of receiving such communications, we retain the right to send them non-marketing communications (such as notices regarding changes in our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, or the Sites).

Correcting/Updating Personal Information

Members are able to correct or update certain Personal Information in our records at any time by editing the information entered on their profile pages.

Protection for Children Age/Residency Requirements

This Site is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we have no intention of collecting Personal Information from children under the age of 13. Where appropriate, we take reasonable measures to inform children not to submit such information to our Site. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. You must be at least 13 years old, be a United States resident, and have a valid email address to join the Platform.

Links to Third Party Sites

We may provide links to websites and other third-party content that we do not own or operate. The websites and third-party content to which we link may have separate privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any entity that we do not own or control.

International Data Transfers

We may transfer personal information to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For example, we typically transfer the Personal Information of individuals located outside of the United States to the United States, where we are headquartered. The countries to which we transfer personal information may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which we initially collected the information. By using the Site, you authorize the export of Personal Information to the United States for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

For California Consumers

If you are an individual visiting our Site in a consumer capacity and you reside in the state of California, you have certain rights with regards to our processing of your individual Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1798).

Please note, that Engago is a business-to-business platform, and if you are acting as an employee of a client or potential client of Engago, these protections under the CCPA may not apply to you. For example, these protections may not apply to workforce-related Personal Information or Personal Information reflecting written or verbal business-to-business (B2B) communications or transactions.

As an individual consumer you have a right to the deletion of your Personal Information, the prevention of sale of your Personal Information, and freedom from discrimination for exercising these rights. If you would like to exercise your rights as a consumer under the CCPA, please contact support@anedom.com. Please also note that Engago has a right to collect additional information from you in order to verify the validity of any such request submitted under this regulation.

Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to change, add, or remove portions from this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make any updates to this Privacy Policy that are deemed material under applicable legal requirements, we will notify individuals of such changes by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and providing other notification as required by applicable law. We may also provide notification of such changes to the Privacy Policy in other ways, such as via email or using other contact information provided to us. For all other changes, please review the Privacy Policy from time to time to stay informed of how we are processing personal information.
